Event FAQ – August Long Weekend in Palmerston 

📅 When is the event happening?
The event takes place over the August Long Weekend: August 1st–4th, 2025.

📍 Where is the event happening?
Activities will be hosted throughout the Town of Palmerston, with main event areas including Lions Park, the Arena, and the Legion.

🎟️ Do I need tickets?
Yes. Tickets are required for all meals and nighttime entertainment.
Consider purchasing an All-Access Weekend Pass to enjoy everything the event has to offer.

Or in-person uptown at Norsco / What’s the Occasion (cash only).

💵 Can I buy entertainment tickets at the door?
Yes, entertainment tickets can be purchased at the door – cash only for same-day purchases.

👧 Are there kids' activities?
Yes! We’ve got plenty of fun planned for kids, including:

• Trackside Fun Days: Inflatables and yard games on the Sports Pad in the park (Free)
  
  

• Kids Glow Dance: A fun, ticketed event for $10 (Tickets available now)
  
  

• Foam Party: Taking place on Monday (Free)
  
  

🚗 Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is available in our public lots (Arena and the grocery store at the edge of the park), as well as street parking where marked.

🏕️ Can I camp?
Yes! Free camping is available at the Arena.
Please fill out the camping form on our website to reserve your spot.

🍽️ What meals are being served?
Check out the menu under the Tickets section on our website.

🎤 Who is performing?
Visit the Tickets section on our website to view the full entertainment lineup.

🍔 Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes! Visit Trackside Eats—a selection of local food trucks and booths will have food available for purchase in Lions Park all weekend long. 

🚻 Are there washrooms on-site?
Yes, portable washrooms and handwashing stations will be available in the park.

👕 Do you have merchandise?
Yes! Homecoming merchandise is available for purchase at Norsco / What’s the Occasion on Palmerston’s main street.
